Requirements for raw materials:
Size:1-2mm(All the raw materials must be crushed into sawdust before going to vertical ring die wood pellet mill.If not, you may need a wood chipper, wood crusher.)
Moisture: Generally, 10-15% is best for producing good quality wood pellet. If too high, or too low, you need to dry or moisture them first.

Generally the the pellet diameter is 4mm, 6mm or 8mm, and mainly according your requirement. And the pellet diameter 4-12mm is operable for our machine. Our machine can suit for many different raw material, like sawdust, straw, efb etc biomasss material.
For the vertical ring die big pellet machine, generally the quick wear spare parts is roller and die. Roller and die life time is about 800-1000 hours, depend on the different material the life time have some difference. So we suggest you order some roller and die for spare, when you order the pellet machine.
