Introduction:
Series CTB wet drum permanent magnetic separation is usually used for sorting the fine-grained strong magnetic minerals, or removing strong magnetic minerals from non-magnetic minerals. With a deepmagnetic field, the machine can make a continuous row of ore feeding and discharge. It also has enough working clearance and high processing capabilities.
Features of magnetic drum separator
1. CTB magnetic separator is a wet type weak magnetic field permanent magnetic cylinder magnetic separator.
2. energy saving, high magnetic induction, simple structure, low price, easy operation and maintenance, small floor space required, and large processing capacity, etc.
3. The structure of tank has can be classified into downstream, counter stream and semi-counter stream, with separation grain size of 66-0, 0.6-0, and 1-0mm respectively.
Working principle:
When the ore pulp folw into the magnetic field, the strong magnetic minerals are adsorbed on the surface of the drum. The weak magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are cast off and discharged, while the strong magnetic minerals on the surface of the drum rotate with the drum and will be brought out of magnetic field to complete the sorting operation.
Guide for Model Selection:
The drum can be equipped with three kinds of tanks. That is downstream tank (Series CTS), upstream tank (Series CTN) and half upstream tank (Series CTB).
The downstream tank (Series CTS) is applicable to rougher flotation and concentration of ore with size: 0~10mm.
The upstream tank (Series CTN) is applicable to rougher flotation and concentration of ore with size: 0~0.6mm and the recovery of heavy-medium in coal preparation industry.
The half upstream tank (Series CTB) is applicable to rougher flotation and concentration of ore with size: 0~1mm.
Q: About payment
A:Usually 30%T/T prepaid and 70%TT to be paid upon received copy of bill of lading.
Q: About delivery time
A:Commonly 10~30 days after received 30% deposit. We will advise the detailed delivery time upon received your specific inquiry.
Q:Instalation
A: As per customer's requests, Zhaoxin would arrange installation technicians to supervise and assist in the assembly and commissioning of the equipment.
Q: About warranty
A: The warranty is one year exclude the wearable parts of the machine.
