Spiral chute combines the advantages of spiral concentrator, shaking table and centrifugal concentrator. Therefore, it is new beneficiation equipment with the advanced level.
The spiral chute for gold recovery is suitable for separationg the granularity is 0.03~1 mm of the iron ore,limonite,chromites,trotline,zirconium,centimes and other non ferrous metal, rare metal and non metal.
Operating Principles of spiral chute
1. Make the spiral chute concentrator stand, adjust the vertical line,fixed the proper place with the iron structure or wood.
2. Make the ore sand deliver to two feed openings of the screw chute top, enter enough water,adjust the mash chrome,
3. The mash flows freely from the high level, produce the inertial force at the speed of the rotary, divided the sand and ore,
4. The concentrate comes into bucket with tract, gangue comes into the bucket with the tract to the sand pools, and pump off, complete the whole process.
