Flotation machine can be used to separate ferrous metal, nonferrous metal, noble metal,
nonmetallic mine, chemical material and recycle mine.The machine is widely used in gold,
copper, lead and zinc, and other metals mines for useful minerals in sorting operations.
Working Principle of New design widely mining use flotation machine
Flotation cells is mainly composed of pulp chute, mixing device, air charging system,
mineralized bubble discharging device and electro motor.
The flotation cell is driven by a motor triangular substituting transmission when impeller
rotates to form the centrifugal formation and produce the negative pressure, on the one
hand, sucting sufficient air and mixed with the slurry, on the other hand, stirring the slurry
mixed with the drug to fine the bubble to make a certain mineral bond on the bubble. Adjust
