Application
PY mobile belt conveyor — Product application
It can be widely used in chemical industry, coal, mine, electrical department, light industry, grain, transportation department etc. It is suitable for conveying various materials in granular or powder. The bulk density should be 0.5~2.5t/m2. It can be also used in conveying articles.
Work Principle
PY mobile belt conveyor — Product principle
Belt conveyor consists of two endpoint-rollers and a closed conveying belt that attached to it. The roller that drives the conveyor is called drive roller (transmission roller); the other one that only used for changing the direction of the conveyor is called redirection roller. The drive roller is drove by the reduce driver, and the conveyor is drove by the friction that produced by the roller and conveyor. The drive roller is installed at the discharging end, in order to increase the traction force and easy to drive. The materials come into the feed opening, then arrive at the conveyor, and discharged by the conveyor.
