C. The producing line of brick making
The raw material → mixing by edge runner mill → the feeding hopper →t ransporting by belt conveyor → making by main machine→ final products → curing by water → leaving the factory
D. High quality accessories of brick machinery
1) Reduction gears of the edge runner mill is using the highest quality made by prestigious large factory in China, working life is about 5-8 years.
2)The feeding hopper is adopted the special design to make sure the raw material is feeding uniformly and incessantly.
3)The main machine body material is good steel with high strength and good toughness with 50mm.
4) The macro axis material is 40 chromium, and the mould box is using the special material, they are all of the import of special steel in and the treatment process of strengthening the strength and stiff.
5) The mould adopted the electric heating appliances; lower the failure rate of bricks very well.
6) The bearing design can save lot of energy; it is also saving cost and lower noise.
7) The high pressure of bricks machine , can make sure the quality of bricks and control the failure rate of bricks and blocks.
