Its final product is copper and resin fiber powder.

Description:

The PCB recycling machine is used to recycle and separate the mental and non-mental part from the used circuit board and copper clad laminate. The output is mixed mental powder and resin powder.The whole line adopts 3-stage-crushing step to get mixed mental and resin powder. And then it separates mental and resin powder via air flow and high voltage electrostatic separator. Copper powder can be extracted from mixed mental powder via copper electrolysis system; In order to prevent dust pollution effectively,impulse dust collection performs before air flow separation. Our impulse dust collector can be customized as clients’ environmental-protecting requirements

Raw material:

1.Computer boards;

2.Cellphone boards;

3.TV boards

…etc.

Process:

1.PCB will be dismantled into electronic component and mother boards at first. Then put mother boards into crusher;

2.Rolling crusher is adopted in 1-stage-grinding to get pieces;

3.Hammer grinder is used in 2 and 3-stage-grinding to get mixed powder;

4.After crushing and grinding, the mixed powder will be separated into mental powder(90% copper) and resin fiber powder via air flow and high voltage electronic separator;
