Scrap car radiator/air conditioner peeling machine for copper tube
Introduction:
This whole line is used to recycle waste air conditioner radiator to get copper and aluminum. This plant use conveyors,dry type crusher, magnetic separation and air flow separation. Crushing system consist of two shaft crushing machine and hammer type crusher. The scrap radiators are crushing into pieces.
Magnetic separator is used to collect iron in the mixed material and then air flow separator is used to separate copper and aluminum by the different density and gravity if raw material. Impulse dust collector can also be installed if there is too much dust in working process. PLC cabinet is easy to operate and high efficient. The whole line just need two workers for supervisor and feeding work. Its separating rate can reach 99%.

Our factory is located in GongYi city and we have sales office in ZhengZhou city at the same time.It takes about 2 hours from XinZheng international airport to our factory and half an hour from the Airport to Our office.

Our products have 12 months quality warranty.We will send wear parts freely and dispatch our engineer to your country to repair it if need.
5. What about your delivery time ?
A. 10 days after received deposit if we have stock;
B. 15-20 days after received deposit if we need produce according to your request.
