This machine is used to recycle all kinds of aluminum-plastic material,such as waste medical blister,bottle caps,food packing bags,aluminum plastic film/foil,toothpaste tube,aluminum plastic cable and so on. This production line includes three parts: crushing and grinding system,dust collection,and high voltage electrostatic separation. The principle of high voltage electrostatic separation is based on the different electrostatic property. Different material has different electrostatic properties so they can be separated. The recovery rate is over 99%. The capacity can be customized as clients’ request. Physical separation is good for environment without harmful gas or chemical liquid released.

Introduction:

This machine is used for all kinds of medicine plate, aluminum plate, food packaging bags, milk bags, toothpaste tubes, aluminum-plastic bottle caps, aluminum pipe, medical blister and so on. There is PVC material in aluminum-plastic composite material. The inner and outer layers are coated with aluminum alloy, which has the function of heat preservation.

Firstly,aluminum-plastic material can be crushing into mixed granules smaller than 1.5mm. And then the mixed powder can be separated into aluminum and plastic granules via high voltage electrostatic separator. Compared with heating separation and chemical separation,it prevent harmful smoke and substances. The greatest advantages of the whole line is that the final aluminum and plastic granule can be sold directly in market.
