Coconut shell charcoal carbonization furnace description
This one set carbonization furnace including one main furnace,3 inner baskets and hoisting tools.
When the buyer download the raw material into the inner basket,they could use cages for loading.
After the carbonizing time for one inner basket is around 8-10 hours,we could take the inner basket out and let it cool,then put another inner basket inside.
After the temperature get around 300-330℃,we could stop heating and it will produce gas,the gas will return main furnace by pipes,it will self-heating.
Structures of coconut shell charcoal carbonization furnace
Outer stove, inner stove, and fume extraction tube
Outer stove: it includes heating room, furnace body and heat-keeping layer
Inner stove: The raw materials the resistance thermal steel plant and sealing cover.
Fume extraction tube: When during the process of carbonizing, there will be some smoke (can be burning) the smoke can return to the furnace through tube----gas flow carbonization stove.

Application of coconut shell charcoal carbonization furnace
All kinds of wood, wood chips, wood branches, wood sawdust, wood wastes and other kinds of biomass like rice husks, peanut shells, coconut shells, wheat brans, stalks, etc. And, the biomass briquettes like rice husk briquettes, wood briquettes can also be carbonized by our machine!
Materials requirements
Particle size is less than 50 mm, water content <25% of biomass particles can feeding into the type A carbonizing directly, such as: sawdust, rice husk, shell, palm shell, peanut shell, bamboo shavings, shavings etc.;
When you carbonize larger raw materials (Particle size more than 50 mm), such as branches, bark, coconut shell, such as straw, hemp pole, peduncle, need to crush it into less than 50mm pieces firstly; If water content is more than 30%, you can choose type B machine for production.
Working principle of coconut shell charcoal carbonization furnace
The carbonization furnace adopts the high-temperature dry sliding carbonization technology to make the man-made briquette to charcoal briquette. It is equipped with hyperploid high temperature stream cooling system, and the process of cooling can be accelerated to speed up the period of the production. Moreover, the stove adapts the structure of unique air storage chamber to fully reuse the smoke produced during the process of carbonizing. And 60% of the redundant smoke can be used in drying and carbonizing , saving much fuel during the whole process, and increasing the enterprise revenue.
