AS the generator only runs when needed and ,unlike UV where the bulb must be kept warm,consumes no power when the water is not the maintenace is relatively low .

7. No Rejector Water
With ozonation, 100% of the water is treated and there is no waste water produced.Other technologies such as Reverse Osmosis can waste two gallons for every gallon purified. This can be problematic where one can’t afford the luxury of wasting such large amount of water .
8.Downstream Purification
Ozone injected into the water continues to purify and kill organic contaminants downstream of he ozone system. The process is therefore effective in providing water that can not only clean but also purify vegetables and other downstream items. Other technologies ace on the water without providing any residual purification cenefits .
9. Purification of the Fliter
Ozone is offen used in combination with an activated carbon filter. With ozone, unlike some other technologies that use filtration, there is no bacterial buildup in the fliter. The ozone destroys bacterial downstream of the insertion point. This makes the combination of ozone and activated carbon a poweful purification combination.
