Inline high shear mixer
Features:

- Special designed three stages rotor/stator structure for greater shear.

Capacity
Self-pumping throughputs of 20 to 15,000 litres/hr.
No Bypassing
Product cannot bypass the precision rotor/stator workhead.
Interchangeable Workheads
Single stage rotor/stator configurations workheads as standard. For those applications that require greater shear, interchangeable multistage configurations workheard can be used.
Materials of Construction
Product contact in SS304 or 316L stainless steel.
Motor Specification
Standard and explosion proof motors (Siemens ,ABB etc) are available as standard.
Inlet and Outlet Connections
All sanitary screw or flange fittings available on request (e.g. ISS, D/N, RJT, SMS, Tri-clamp, etc.).
Sealing
Single or double mechanical shaft seals available as standard.
Cleaning
All Farfly In-Line mixers are designed for cleaning in place (CIP and SIP).
Cooling
Cooling jacket structure as standard
After Sales Service
The above machine which we supply it to you, we can give you one years after sales warranty, we can also send our engineer to you factory to install this equipment and train your staff, but the Buyer should pay the round air ticket cost and arrange the hotel accommodation as well as the meals for Seller’s engineer. We will send some free set of spare parts for you change it.
Payment terms:
30% deposit by T/T before production, 70% balance should be paid by T/T before shipment. but we also accept L/C.

We usually take FOB, but we can also accept EXW,CIF,CNF.
