A Farfly high shear In-Line mixer doesn't simply mix. It emulsifies, homogenises, solubilises, suspends, disperses and disintegrates solids. Each mixer, with its precision-engineered rotor/stator workhead, far outperforms conventional mixers, cutting processing times by up to 80%, improving quality, product consistency and process efficiency.

Capacity
Self-pumping throughputs of 20 to 15,000 litres/hr.
No Bypassing
Product cannot bypass the precision rotor/stator workhead.
Interchangeable Workheads
Single stage rotor/stator configurations workheads as standard. For those applications that require greater shear, interchangeable multistage configurations workheard can be used. there are three stages rotor/stators available.
Materials of Construction
Product contact in SS304 or 316L stainless steel.
Motor Specification
Standard and explosion proof motors (Siemens ,ABB etc) are available as standard.
Inlet and Outlet Connections
All sanitary screw or flange fittings available on request (e.g. ISS, D/N, RJT, SMS, Tri-clamp, etc.).
Sealing
Single or double mechanical shaft seals available as standard.
Cleaning
All Farfly In-Line mixers are designed for cleaning in place (CIP and SIP).
Cooling
Cooling jacket structure as standard.
