biomass briquette into charcoal briquette.
2.The quality and efficiency of kiln affect final forming of charcoal briquette greatly. This furnace is ideal equipment for
wood briquettes to have anoxic distillation carbonization.
3.Due to its rational structure, the furnace only needs small quality of heat consumption
it is stove inside carbonization furnace after burn.

5.The Smokeless Continuous Carbonization Furnace feature:
1.Rational structure, uniform furnace temperature, small upper & lower temperature difference in
working zone, especially applicable for heating and heat treatment for long axial workpiece.
2.Adopt energy-saving furnace lining, fast temperature rise, low empty furnace consumption, save more than 20% of energy compare with old product.
3.The furnace lid is designed into both open-type and integral-type; workpiece can be hung inside or outside the furnace for user to make selection according to different needs.
4.The control system can be equipped with normal control instrument or instrument with micro-processor program control according to actual need.
5.When needed during process, protective atmosphere can be fed into the furnace to realize little-oxidizing heating.
6.Each product is installed with safety interlock and over-temperature device to provide reliable and safe operation and use.
7.Can use different pit-type heating furnaces, tempering furnaces and can be equipped with quenching tank and cleaning machine to form pit-type heat treatment furnaces production line and thus expand the technology application scope and production capacity of the heat treatment of pit-type furnace.

Smokeless Continuous Carbonization Furnace Working Principle
Charcoal carbonization furnace is the ideal equipment for wood briquettes to have anoxic distillation carbonization. Charcoal carbonization furnace adopts the method of dry distillation and natural carbonizing heating the wood stick until it divide into fuel gas, tar and charcoal. Because of the reasonable structure, the charcoal carbonization furnace needs small quantity of heat consumption only. The charcoal carbonization furnace is equipped with superheated stream cooling system. Thus the cooling process can be speeded up for 4-12 hours, and the production cycling time can be shorten to 24-48 hours.
