Introduction and Working Principle:
Spontaneous combustion type carbonization furnace makes use of the principle of destructive distillation carbonization,
and make firewood stick in carbonization furnace hypoxia thermal decomposition to generate combustible gas, tar and
charcoal.
The Main Features of Carbonization Furnace:
It adopts a movable steel plate structure, the exhaust pipe of the furnace at the top of turn connection with the tar
separator and induced draft fan, with features of a unique structure, the big effective volume, advanced carbonization
technology, short carbonization cycle, high output, good environmental conservation, long life etc. .
The Raw Materials:
Raw Materials: Sawdust, Crops Straw(corn stalk, beanstalk, broomcorn stalk, cotton stalk, rape stalk,palm kernel shell, groundnut stem, sunflower stalk),
Husk, Grass, Bush branches, Bamboo butt, Bamboo scraps, Bagasse and so on.
Three Stages in the Carbonization Process:
1,The briquettes made by wood briquetting machine have three stages when carbonized in carbonization furnace:
low temperature and exhaust temperature, high temperature calcination and cooling.
2,In the first stage, the briquettes have about 8% moisture when they are sent to the furnace, but too wet will greatly
influence the quality of carbonization. So it will take several hours to exhaust moisture to guarantee the high quality of
charcoal.
When the temperature reaches 300 Centigrade, the furnace will produce much combustible gas to heat up. In this stage,
the furnace needs to be sealed and maintained in an anaerobic atmosphere.
3,In the Last stage, the charcoal should be put in the airy place to prevent from carbon dioxide poisoning. Usually,
the charcoal should be placed in the outside for more than 8 hours to avoid fire resurgence.
