Features of Camda H series gas genset:
Specially-designed air valves, crankshaft, camshaft, pistons, ignition system and combustion chamber according to gas combustion characteristics.
Long life span. Camda gas engine is designed and developed through the cooperation between joint venture and CAMDA. The gas engine life span reaches 30 years.
Long designed overhaul term: 25,000 ~ 30,000 hours.
Total cogeneration efficiency is around 83%, higher than other China brands by 5%.
Four air valves designing for each cylinder. Sufficient air intaking and exhausting to realize maximum power output.
Easy access to spare parts. it's very convenient to find any parts at anytime and anywhere.
Electronic Air/Gas mixer. The mixer guarantees optimum air-fuel ratio, improves thermal efficiency, reduces NOx emission. Unique air-fuel ratio adjusting system suits 30% ~ 90% methane density.
Ignition system. Altronic ignition system imported from USA ensures high-precision ignition, which enhances genset life span and stability.
Equipped with world-famous Leroy Somer alternator, providing stable and durable output.
Full automatic and intelligent control system IG-NT from Czekh enables easy operation and automatical inspection for genset running status.
Production Complying to CE standards, ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System, ISO14001:2004 AND ohsas18001:2007.
Free of charge training for operation and maintenance. (at Camda headquarter)
