Our flat die wood pellet press can press a variety of raw materials into the wood pellet for home use stove and factory use boiler. It has the advantages of high pressure, stable&reliable performance.
The whole line has the crushing, drying, pellet making and cooling&packing process.
1) Crushing process.
The best size for making pellets is less than 5mm. If the size of the raw materials is too large, the wood crusher or the hammer mill can reduce the size. The final output will be some powders.
2) Dryer
The mpisture for the pellet making is less than 20%. After crushing, if the moisture is too high, the hot air dryer can use the hot air to reduce the moisture of the output. Following is the two stoves dryer.
3) Pellet press.
This flat die pellet press can generate very high pressure to press various kinds of raw materials into the pellets. It features high pressure in its technical design and the gearbox. Following is the specification of our machine.

4) Cooling and packing process
After the pellets are produced, they are very hot. You can cool them by themself or use our machine. The advantage of our machine is little cooling time and after that, they will have good appearance.
Our packing machine can pack them in bags and every bag is about 5-50 kg.
