High capacity straw wood biofuel pellet press line
The purpose of the line:
This line can produce the high density and hardness wood pellets. The wood pellets can be used for home pellet stove, industrial boiler. You also can use the pellet for cooking.
Raw materials:
Some materials you might use are wood chips, shavings, saw dust, leaves, grain, shells, grass, corn stalks and cobs, coffee Husk, straw, alfalfa, sunflower stalk, soybean, cardboard, junk mail.
Size of the raw materials?
The size of raw materials needs to be less than 5mm. If it is too large, it is hard to be pressed.
Moisture needs to be less than 20%.
Processes involved:
It has the crushing, drying, pellet making, cooling and packing processes.
1) Crushing process can reduce the size of the raw materials. The final powder size is less than 5mm.
2) The hot air dryer can use the hot air to reduce the moisture of the raw materials.
3) The pellet press can generate high pressure to press the raw materials into the pellets. Diameter of the pellet is 2.5-12mm. The popular length is from 10-30mm.
4) Cooling machine can cool the pellets as they are very hot. After cooling, you can use the packing machine.
5) The packing machine has the lift, packing, weighting and belt conveyor. First the pellets are lifted to the hopper and they fall into the packing device. The weighting device can weight the bags and then they are transpoorted to next process.
6) The screw conveyor can transport the materials inot next process and it is equipped with an electric cabinet. The electri cabinet can control all the processes.
