This kind of agriculture machine for producing pellets is our new design to aim at biomass
materials, can attach many kinds of materials, such as sawdust, wood branch, rice husk,
cornstalk, cotton shell, palm fiber and peanut shell ect.
We adopt advanced technology, stationary wheel adopt good alloy steel. This alloy steel
can decrease the temperture of the gear, increase capacity, improve load-bearing capacity, and
make it durable, can be used for a long time.

Spare parts:
Service life of roller and die is 300-500 hours under normal running condition. Most of dies can
be used on both sides, it is recommended to replace roller and die at the same time. Make sure
there are no hard materials mixed with raw materials. Because it is easy to destory the die and
roller.

Materials: Your raw materials must be powdery, if not, you need a crusher to crush them. And the moisture should be about 12%-18%, if not, you should dry them or add more water. You should debug the pellet machine before using it, when everything is prepared, you can start it.

Final products:
The final product pellet is dried, compressed, and formed into small eraser-sized bits. They are
clean, pleasant smelling and smooth to touch.Our pellet mill have CE certificate, which all parts
can meet EU standard.
Packing: The whole machine is not easy to pack, so first packed in plastic film by seperated parts, the plastic film can make the machine avoid rusting, then packed in fumigation-free wooden case.
