This pellet machine is flat die for animal food, it was designed to produce feed for pig, sheep,chicken, rabbit, pet ect. You can use this machine to produce different pellets with different length, because you can choose different die with different hole diameter according to your raw materials and animals. It is easy to operate and maintance with high quality, capacity and small investment.

Notice:
The roller, die, bearing, dust cover of shaft and grease seal belong to wearing parts,
when operating the machine, please notice that whether stone or other hard things
mixed in the materials, and use binder reasonablly.

Materials:
The moisture of raw material should be about 12%-18%, and it must be powdery. If your materials are like thus, you need to crush them, if they are too dry, you should add more water.
Working principle:
First you should debug the machine, if thre is no problem and everything you have already prepared, you can start it. Then put the material into the feeder, it is heated to a high temperature (nearly 60~80 degree). Then the materials were compassed into pellets with a high temperature, so the pellets should be cooling for a period.

Final product:
1.First we will seperate and wrap the machine with thick plastic film first(including the
motor).
2. The plastic film bag wrapped machine, according to the size and weight to make
wooden box, put machine in and fixed the box after loading.
3. The machine parts need to be put in a fixed container, should be fixed well.
We will choose the most convenient port to you.

Question: No pellets are produced
Answers: 1. New die has not been ground by oily mixture or ground insufficiently.
2. Material contains too much moisture.
3. Material is not organic in nature or does not contain proper amount of lignin.
Solutions: 1. Clean feedstock out of the pelletizing holes and grind the die with oily mixture.
2. Adjust material moisture content.
3. Add 3-5% additive binder into the material.
