This machine is mainly used for grinding and polishing granite plate. Updating technology is used in this machine; it has reasonable structure, stable working conditions and high efficiency. Advanced control system, the PLC has been used to control the man-machine interface with LCD screen, wide plate type with automatic contour detection device and the aptitude control functions.
The main technical parameter:
- 1. The grinder of the machine adopt universal shock attenuation device, have long life, low failure rate, high efficiency and low loss millstone. non-friable board advantage
2. Conveying belt use international brands, uniform thickness, guaranteeing the thickness of sheet basic uniform.
3. Conveying belt and crossbeam can be adjusted through the frequency converter, to achieve variable speed control.
4. The Number of grinder is12-18, the width of grinder is 600-2000mm. Grinding and Polishing thickness is 15-50mm, grinder capacity is 11Kw.
