Assembled water tank with glass fiber reinforce panels
FRP Water Tank is made of Fiberglass reinforced plastics which is divided in FRP Modular
type and SMC combination type. The major advantage is light weight, anti-rusted, non-leakage, long durable time and easy to clean. It is widely used in hotel, school,hospital and coal
mine enterprise.
The FRP Water Tank Plate:
The materials of FRP water tank plate is FRP sheet which food-grade resin. It is made by high temperature, high pressure and mechanical pressing.
(1) In manufacturing process, It adopts to manufacture method that mechanical pressing so it increase the anti-seismic and shock resistance strength;
(2)In the shape design, there is sag arc in the middle of water tank plate, it improve the bearing capacity of water tank. In addition, it has the 45° and 90° flange so it don’t need to corner fittings.
(3)The specifications of water tank plate have: 1000*1000mm; 1000*500mm, 500*500mm, the thickness of plate is 5mm,8mm,10mm,12mm,14mm,16mm,18mm and 20mm.( 5mm thickness plate is used for the cover plate), so it can assemble any required capacity water tank.
Features
1.The FRP combined type water tank was designed with the National Building materials Bureau Glass fiber reinforced plastic Research Design institute, is new water tank which at present internationally generally use. It has no leakage, the weight is light, the water quality is good, the contour is artistic, and the service life is long and merits and so on easy installation.
2.The water tank seal uses the sealing tape which develops specially. This sealing tape non-toxic, water resistant, the elasticity is big, the permanent deformation is small, the lifetime may above 30 years.
3.The FRP combined type water tank is by the FRP mold pressing veneer, the packing material, the metal fastener and the tubing system combination. It may assemble 1-500 tons water tanks according to the user need. If the original water tank needs to replace, does not need to rebuild the house, imports the mold pressing veneer by the gate then to assemble, the usability is very strong, and executes the ministry of public works for the design to bring enormously convenient. Our company develops outside successful FRP to reinforce the combined water tank most newly also already by the customer approval use.
