Broiler poultry farm design specifics:
1.Main feed line system:
Silo/manpower hopper is the beginning part of main feed line system. There is a feed sensor at the end of
main feed line which controls the motor on and off to achieve automatic feed delivery.

2.Pan feeding system:
There is a feed sensor at the end of each feeding line which controls motor on and off to achieve
automatic feed delivery. The motor will start working and convey feed when sensor doesn't touch feed
the motor will stop working when sensor touchs feed.

Suspension&lifting system:
The height of feed pan is very important for chicken growing, it's very convenient to adjust the
feeding line height by winch. The best height of feeding line: chicken back height and feed pan up
grill should be at the same level.
Anti-perching system:
It prevents chicken from staying on the feeding line for too long.
3.Nipple drinking system:
The system provides fresh water for broiler chicken, which is vital to the healthy growth of birds.
Water will flow out from 360 degress when the chickens touch the nipples.
Nipple drinkers:
Use good quality engineering plastic for outer, for the inner,we use good quality stainless steel.
All nipples are anti-rusting, service life over 10 years.
Double-sealing structure, with good seal ability, can avoid water leakage and its bad influence to chicken
farm;
Valve rod is movable in 360 degree, it's suitable for all chicken to drink, from day-old chicks to adult
chickens.
Nipple drinker capacity ability: broilers: 8~12/pc, breeders: 8~10/pc, layers: 12/pc, turkey: 20/pc, duck:
10/pc
Drip cups:
One-arm design is more suitable for modern breeding idea.
Pressure regulator( double barreled with large flow capacity):
-Regulating stability.
-High switching performance.
-Sufficient water supply.
-Recoil cleaning with good cleaning result, save time& water.
-Good quality movable valve, easy to change
Frount part of watering system:
Front part is controller of water, This part is usually installed in control room.
-Pressure regulator: make sure to supply stable water to drinking line. Anti-backlash device can discharge
the impurity in pipe.
-Filter: clean water and avoid blocking nipples.
-Water meter: measure water usage volume.
-Doser: add medicine exactly to prevent disease.
Lifting& suspension system:
Correct height for drinking system is very important for chicken( both higher and lower can result chicken
bone's distortion, which is bad for chicken growth, also lead to water waste), it's easy to adjust drinking line
height by winch.
Water display level tube:
Use high transparency& impact resistant meterial, it's sturdy and durable, and convenient to watch water
level, easy to take down and clean with this advanced design.
4.Ventilation system:
The system controls climate condition, can provide fresh air, proper humidity and temperature for
birds, ensuring your chickens provide maximum production.
The system including box fans, butterfly cone fan and air inlet windows for your choice.

5. Cooling pad system:
When the air goes through the pad, the heat will be taken down by the evaporation of water, so the air
will be cooled before going into the shed.

6.Environment control system:
The system can set suitable climate situation according to different stage chickens raising requirements,
through control the on/off of ventilation fans, cooling pads, heaters even air inlets to control poultry farm
raising environment automatically.
7. Fogging system:
Function:
It's effective tool for cooling, damping, dedusting and disinfecting the house.
Characteristics:
-Istant cooling but not wet.
-Large flow, high pressure, good atomization, and corrosion resistance.
-Increase the humidity to the preset range according to the requirements-60~70 percent of the maximum
relative humidity.
-Effectively prevent the dust, reduce respiratory dicrease of livestock and poultry.
-Disinfect with chickens.
8.Heating system(heater):
Proper temperature is critical to chickens, especially day-old chicks, we have different kinds
heaters for your choice, they fire coal, diesel, gas even electricity,etc.
