BROILER FARM DESIGN
1.Main feeding system:
The system is mainly used to convey feed from the feed silo into the hopper to achieve the aim of
automatically feeding.
The system including:
1).Driving motor;
2).Feed silo or manpower hopper;
3).Conveying pipe;
4).Auger;
5).Sensor;
2.Poultry feed pan system:
The system is mainly used to convey feed from the hopper into each feed pan to achieve the aim of
automatically feeding.
The system including:
1).Hopper;
2).Delivery pipe;
3).Auger;
4).Feed pan;
5).Feed sensor;
6).Driving motor;
7).Suspension lifting device;
8).Anti-perching device;
3.Nipple drinking system:
The system provides fresh water for broiler chickens,which is vital to the healthy growth of birds.
Water will flow out easily and accurately when the chickens touch the nipples.
The system including:
1)Waterline front system(with pressure regulating valve,filter,water meter,doser);
2)Water pipe with nipple and drip cup;
3)Water end module components;
4)Suspension lifting device;
4.Ventilation fan-cooling pad system:
The system is the most economical and effective way to reduce the temperature of the poultry farm,
especially in Summer,which can provide comfortable environment for chickens.
Ventilation fan:
This system controls climate conditions,can provide fresh air,proper humidity and temperature for birds,
ensuring your chicken provide maximum production.
The system including:
1)50'' fan;
2)36'' fan;
3)Air inlet;
4)Manpower winch;
5)Pulleys and accessories
Cooling pad:
When the air goes through the pads,the heat will be taken down by the evaporation of water,so
the air will be cooled before going into the farm.
The system including:
1)Cooling pad(with aluminium frame);
2)Circle water system;
3)Filter;
4)Water pump
5.Environment control system:
The system saves labor,the Israel environment controller can set an optimum working mode
according to local climate and raising environment.
The system including:
1)Environment controller
2)Temperature sensor
3)Humidity sensor;
4)Power distribution measurement system(with alarm system);
5)Control box
6.Spraying system:
The system can effectively cool,humidify,dedust and disinfect at the same time.
7.Heating system:
The system provides heat for chickens, we have diesel heaters, coal heaters, gas heaters, gas brooders, electrical heaters.
