Chicken shed construction specific:
1.Automatic main feed line system:
Silo/ manpower hopper is the beginning part of main feed line system. The system convey feed from silo/
manpower hopper into each feeding line hopper automatically.

Suspension&lifting system:
The height of feed pan is very important for chicken growing, it's very convenient to adjust feeding lines'
height by winch. The best height of feeding line: chicken back height and feed pan up grill should be at
the same level.
Anti-perching system:
It prevents chicken from staying on the feeding line for too long.
3.Automatic nipple drinking system:
The system supply clean water to each drinking lines steadily, the water will be out when the birds touch
nipples. Our nipples valve rod is movable in 360 degrees, which are suitable for all chickens to drink.
The system mainly including waterline front system(pressure regulating valve, filter, water meter,
doser), pressure regulator, nipple drinking lines, suspension and lifting system, waterline end
module, etc.
4.Ventilation system:
The system controls climate condition, can provide fresh air, proper humidity and temperature for birds,
ensuring your chickens provide maximum production.
The system including ventilation fans and air inlets. We have butterfly cone fans and box fans for your
option.

5.Cooling pad system:
When the air goes through the pad, the heat will be taken down by the evaporation of water, so the air
will be cooled before going into your chicken shed.

The system saves labor, the Israel environment controller can set an optimum working mode according to
local climate and different stage chicken raising requirements, through control the on/off of ventilation fans,
cooling pads, heaters even air inlets to control chicken farm environment automatically.
7.Spraying&disinfecting system(fogging system):
It's effective tool for reducing temperature, increasing humidity, cleaning and disinfecting your chicken
farm.
8.Heating system(heater):
Proper temperature is critical to chickens, especially day-old chicks, we have coal heaters, diesel heaters,
gas heaters, gas brooders, electricity heaters for your option.
