1. Main feeding system:
The system can convey feed from silo/manpower hopper into each feeding line hopper automatically.
The system including:

The system can convey feed from vice hopper into each feed pan automatically. The motor will start working
and convey feed when sensor doesn't touch feed and will stop working when sensor touchs feed.

3. Automatic nipple drinking system:

1)Waterline front system(with pressure regulating valve,filter,water meter,doser);
2)Water pipe with nipple and drip cup;

The system is the most economical and effective way to reduce interior temperature of poultry farm,
especially in Summer,which can provide comfortable environment for chickens.
Ventilation fans:
This system controls climate conditions,can provide fresh air,proper humidity and temperature for birds,
ensuring your chicken provide maximum production.

1)50'' centrifugal push-pull type exhaust fans, 50'' butterfly cone fans;
2)36'' centrifugal push-pull type exhaust fans, 50'' butterfly cone fans;

5. Cooling pad system:
When the air goes through the pads,the heat will be taken down by the evaporation of water,so
the air will be cooled before going into chicken house.
The system including:
1)Cooling pad(with aluminium alloy frame or galvanized sheet frame);
2)Circle water system;
3)Filter;
4)Water pump
6. Environment control system:
The system saves labor, the Israel environment controller can set suitable climate conditions according to
different stage chickens raising requirements, through control the on/off of ventilation fans, cooling pads,
heaters even air inlets to control chicken farm environment automatically.

1)Israel Environment controller(Series: T607/T610/T616/ImageII);
2)Temperature sensor;
3)Humidity sensor;
4)Power distribution measurement system(with alarm system);
5)Control box
7. Fogging system:
The system can effectively reduce temperature, increase humidity, clean poultry farms, disinfect farms.
8. Heating system:
The system provides heating for chickens, especially for day-old chicks.
9. Curtain system:
Curtain system is used in open poultry farms commonly, which adjusts ventilation effect and shelter light.
