Introduction and applications:
Autoclave is a pressure vessel with bulky volume and heavy weight widely used to autoclave
and curing aerated concrete blocks, concrete piles, sand-lime brick, ash bricks, microporous
calcium silicate board, asbestos board insulation, high-strength gypsum building materials.
Besides it was also widely applied in pressure steam-cured production projects, such as rubber
products, wood drying and preservations, smelting heavy metals, etc.
Application:
Autoclave can be used in different fields according to different customers' requirements.
1.Autoclave for air entrance-brick: it is mainly applied to produce air-entrance brick.
2.Autoclave, sulfur still: it is mainly applied to sulphidization and rubberizing in chemical
industry and rubber industry; vacuum high-temperature sterilization, vacuum package
and food sterilization in food service industry.
3.Autoclave can also be applied to straw steaming, sterilization and dehydration, dehydration and preservation of vegetables and plant food, vacuum high-temperature sterilization in other industries.
4.Autoclave can also be adopted for yarn steaming in textile industry.
