Environment-friendly smokeless wood briquette carbonization furnace for making biomass charcoal
The biomass charcoal making machine consists of 2 chambers connected to chimney and furnace,3-4 trolleys as well as rail and engine.The chambers can operate in drying and carbonization modes.Kiln dimensions fits the 40' container that makes the cost of delivery easier and cheaper.Each chamber contains 1 trolley and there will be a rail with engine to push in and pull out it.Each chamber is equipped with gas-escape channels used to withdraw gas to another chamber during the carbonization mode.It provide support of heat for drying and carbonization.There are discharging pipes of steam emitted at the top of the chambers during the process of wood drying.
Main parameters
All these values depend on: pumidity,age and type of wood,size of piece,season etc.
The process will be very simple:Empty trolleys are installed on the rails with engine.And load the biomass raw materials,close the trolleys doors and thenthe engine will push it into the chambers.
When the carbonization process is finished,the trolleys are taken out of the chamber on the rail.Empty chamber is loaded with trolley filled with raw materials.
After the trolleys are cooled to ambient temperature,open the trolleys doors and pick out the charcoal.After that,load the raw materials into it again.The cycle is repeated.
