1,Application
Y32 Series high speed four-columns press machine is a kind of multifunctional machine which has high speed. It is suitable for the press fitting and stretch forming of metal and plastic products as well as the movements of coining and overprinting. At the same time, it mainly applies to the fields of machine tool, engineering machinery, bearings, washing machine, automobile parts, motor components and powder metallurgy. Also, it is suitable for the molding of plastic products, such as DMC and BMC. The working speed of this equipment is 2 to 3 times faster than that of Y41. The machine, with a high degree of automatization, is particularly suitable for the mass production of parts. And it can be used as assembly line with several such equipments. The pressure, stroke, and time of pressure maintaining can be regulated. It employs four-column guiding device and ejecting device, which can automatically eject work pieces with accurate guiding and fast speed. The drawing device can be added to this equipment in order to change moulds easily.

1)The steel body is entirely welded with steel plates, and treated to relive stress by tempering
2)Cartridge valve integral unit equipment for hydraulic control system, reliable, durable and less hydraulic shock, with shorter connection pipeline and fewer releases points.
3)Independent electrical control, reliable, audio-visual and convenient for maintenance.
4)Centralized button control system, with adjustment, hand and semi-auto operation modes at operator’s choice.
5)Fixed stroke forming process of fixed pressure forming process selected through control panel, with pressure hold and time delay functions.
6)The operating force, no-load traveling and, low-speed movement and travel range can be adjusted subject to technological requirements.
