5.5KW Flat Die Electric Wood Pellet Mill
Electric wood pellet mill are used to produce biomass fuel pellets from all kinds of biomass particles, such as wood sawdust, straw, rice husk, peanut shell, EFB, PKS, corn cobs, newspaper, alfalfa etc. And the biomass pellets can be applicable in indstrial boiler, power plant, animal bedding, pellet stove etc.

2. Due to the small size, it can be able to change die and roller faster and easily.
3. It is possible to view into the chamber when pelletizing,so that you can solve any problem in time.
4. Comparing with ring die pellet mill, this kind of machine is smaller in size. And because ofits simple design and operation, flat die pellet mill is much more popular with small scale industrial production and family use.
5. The flat die pellet mill has two kinds: one is using electricity and the other is with diesel engine.

The pellet line is most suitable for small industry, home using and farm. The pellet line is mainly consist of crusher, dryer, pellet mill and packing machine. Please contact us about the details, if you want the pellet plant.
Finished Wood Pellet Products
1. The electric wood pellet mill will be sent to you by sea, by air or even by International courier service.
2. The dievery time is usually 20-25 days upon receipt of your depoist or LC.
1. All machines, which is less than a full container, are packed by the standard wooden case for exporting. So it is safe and strong enough for a long journey from our factory to your place.
2. If all the machines are shipped by a full container, the container will be loaded in our factory by our workers. Also, all the machines will be fixed onto the container.
Payment Terms
We accept different method for payment, just like TT, LC, escrow. You just need to choose one which is conveninet and safe for you.
1. The warranty time is one year from the date you get the machine, except the easy-wear parts.
2. If any parts are found defective in quality in the first year, we shall replace it freely.
3. We are responsible for the smooth operation of the machines. If you have any problem during production, just feel free to contact us. We assure you our soonest response.

1. What is the capacity of electric wood pellet mill?
We have different capacity of flat die wood pellet machine: 100kg-1000kg per hour.
2. Do you supply the whole production line? And the capacity of the production line?
Yes, we can supply the production line. The capacity of the production line can be ranged from 100-150kg/h, 200-300kg/h,400-600kg/h, 800-1000kg/h.
3. What is the material of the flat die mould and roller?
They use alloy steel material because of its high hardness and long using life to make wood pellets.
4. Can you modify the voltage to meets our requirements?
Yes, we can modify the voltage, but the voltage must be 3 phase.
