This compress wood pellet mill is used to produce biomass fuel pellets from all kinds of biomass particles, such as wood sawdust, straw, rice husk, peanut shell, EFB, PKS, corn cobs, newspaper, alfalfa etc. And the biomass pellets can be applicable in indstrial boiler, power plant, animal bedding, pellet stove etc.

Compress Wood Pellet Mill Features
1) The main drive adopts high precision GEAR DRIVING and the capacity is increased by 20% than belt drive.
2) Super quality IMPORTED bearing and oil seal to ensure high efficiency, stability and low noise.
3) The pelletizing chamber is equipped with air draft COOLING SYSTEM to ensure the capacity of pellets.
4) The variable-frequency and variable-speed MOTOR is adopted to ensure the quality of the pellet.
5) It’s optical of bore diameter of ring die that is made of ALLOY STEEL to ensure long life, so to save cost of replacement.
6) Advance compensatory S-SHAPE spring coupling with the structure of novel, compact, safe, low noise and fault.
7) The wood pellet mill can be made to semi-automatic oil lubricating system or fully automatic oil-lubricationg system, according to your request.

Finished Products Wood Pellets
1. The compress wood pellet mill will be sent to you by sea, by air or even by International courier service.
2. The dievery time is usually 20-25 days upon receipt of your depoist or LC.
1. All machines, which is less than a full container, are packed by the standard wooden case for exporting. So it is safe and strong enough for a long journey from our factory to your place.
2. If all the machines are shipped by a full container, the container will be loaded in our factory by our workers. Also, all the machines will be fixed onto the container.
1. The warranty time is one year from the date you get the machine, except the easy-wear parts.
2. If any parts are found defective in quality in the first year, we shall replace it freely.
3. We are responsible for the smooth operation of the machines. If you have any problem during production, just feel free to contact us. We assure you our soonest response.

4. The oil lubricating system is automatic or semi-automatic?
Generally, the machine is with semi-automatic oil lubricating system. And it also can be with automatic type according to your request.
