1)The integrated bins for finished product greatly decreased the land-area of the plant,
elevating system for skip is no longer needed,hence reducing the down time.
2)Our unique designed paddles and the powerful mixer allow the mixing operation easier,
effective and reliable.
3)The linear-mode screen driven by imported vibrator improves the screening efficiency
and reduces the rate of breakdown for the plant.
4)The hot elevator adopts the double gall's chain for hoisting,which not only prolongs the
service life of the hoisting mechanism but also improves the operation stability.
5)The optimized flights structure of drying drum makes the drying system more effective
and stable.
6)The dual computer-controlled system with auto/manual switchable,and auto self-diagnosis
program,make the operation smooth and safe.
7)The modular design plants can be easily transported by standard equipment and rapidly
installed at site.
8)The RAP interface is reserved for upgrade of hot RAP facilities.
9)Bag filter is being placed on top of drying drum, it reducing heat loss, thus saving fuel
cost and space.
