Working Method
High Shear Batch Emulsifier(mixer) is suitable for mixing, Dispersing, Shearing and Homogenizing all kinds of viscous liquid and pastes. The products could be applied in Food, Beverage, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Paint& ink industry etc. The Unit consists of a centrally located shaft, connected to a flanged type motor mounted on a steel housing. We have four types of different stators to suit different working condition.

The KQ series of intermittent type high-shearing homogenization emulsion machine are high-powered stirring systems. Lower part has particular stator-rotor structure to make the material be high-shearing dispersed ,homogenized and emulsified intensively .Middle has high speed dispersed propeller-blade to assist with blending and homogenization .Upside has liquid flow under press type dispersed propeller-blade to control flow fluid effectively and process more thoroughly .
The equipment is applicable to blending, dispersing, homogenization and emulsification of fluid liquid material
