Product Details: 

Mobile sludge dewatering unit is developed by BOEEP, which is a movable vehicle type sludge dewatering complete system, this unit is easy to move, it can be of service for different sewage treatment factory in different places. This unit is mainly composed of volute screw dehydrator, integrated polymer dosing device, polymer feed pimp, sludge pump and transportation tuck (this is supplied by user).

Working Principle : 

According to each sewage treatment factory’s requests, Mobile sludge dewatering unit can be moved to the site and used to dewater the sludge in the sludge tank of sewage treatment factory. During operation, fist open the integrated polymer feed device to mix the polymer completely; then pumping the sludge from the sludge tank to the mixing & flocculated tank of screw press,   then, the sludge exist hybrid reaction with the flocculating agent which is fed by dosing pump, after the alum is formed, the sewage gets into the main body of screw dehydrator; after being condensed in the thickening parts, the sewage is fed into the dewatering unit to be dehydrated. After dewatering, the sludge cake is transported, and the filtrate returned to the sewage treatment system to be processed again.
