Microwave Power Supply and Transmitting System
25kW/915MHz microwave power supply, which is designed by our company, is the high power magnetron power supply. Its voltage is high; power capacity is large; and requirement toward the related components, microwave transmitting & measuring system, and its protecting function is high. This power supply system is composed by controlling electric box and microwave transmitting system.
1. Anode Power Supply:
1) High voltage transformer
2) It adopts three-phase full-wave rectification to gain the anode high voltage. The anode loop employs various circuit protecting measures. The PLC control realizes the over current protection for the anode power supply, and the protections for the magnetron, power supply and coil ensure the reliable and steady operation of the testing power supply system.
2. Filament Power Supply: The filament transformer is configured with automatic pressure regulator. The secondary pole can be isolated by high voltage.
3. Magnetic Field Power Supply:
1) Automatic voltage regulator, full-wave rectification.
2) The feedback of controlling circuit for Magnetic field coil.
3) Magnetic field current possesses the protecting function for the undercurrent.
4. Controlling Power Supply Box:
The operating demonstration of PLC control panel:
1) Setting with power, digital display
2) The modulating display of filament current, anode voltage & current, and magnetic field voltage & current.
3) Over current alarm, over temperature alarm of the cooling water, and the alarm for scarcity of water.
4) The physical dimension of microwave generator:
1250 (width) x 1000 (thickness) x 2000 (height) mm
5)Weight: about 430kgs
II. Waveguide Transmitting System (Optional parts)
Its components include:
- 30kW/915MHz, WR975 high power 3 ports circulator
- 30kW/915MHz WR975 manual operating three-stub tuner
- 30kW/915MHz, WR975 high power water dummy load
