The microwave thawing is used for the meat defrosting, sterilizing which can meet requirements for a 200kg per batch for
25kW-915MHz Microwave Frozen Meat Block Thawing Conveyer System
1.This conveyer type system consists of following parts
1) An adjustable 25kW/915MHz microwave power source with 25kW/915MHz magnetron, standard WR975 waveguide launcher, conventional transformer power supply controlled by electromagnetic current to adjust output power from 5-25kW.
2) Microwave transiting system consisting of WR975 circulator, dummy load, which can not only ensure the power source working stable but get much more uniform defrosting result.
3) Microwave cabinetsWith CAD designed size of 3.2 (L) x 0.9(W) x 0.6H(m) , proper microwave feeding ways and power adjustment, three proper air cooling fans furnished on the back of cabinet section for moisture removing, it offers good heating uniformity, the optimum defrosting result and finally can meet requirements for a 200kg per batch for thawing frozen meat blocks (at -15deg.C) to -2deg.C. The final quantity of production for the meat block dimensions as 580 (W) x 390(D) x 160(H(mm), weight between 25-27kg, can reach about 1.5-2.0 tons per hour;Microwave Thawing Equipment for Frozen Pork
4) The input and output leakage controlling sections with sizes of 1.5 (L) x 0.9(W) x 0.22(H)(m) and two cabinet doors with the sizes of 0.8 (L) x 0.5(W) x 0.3(H)(m) and good stroke design ensures microwave leakage safety and convenient operation.
5) The total length of the system is about 8m. A good designed Teflon conveyer line system with two frozen meat blocks put on in series and the speed control at about 0.1-0.5 meter per minute, the quantity of production can reach about 0.7-1.0 tons per hour.
