Introduction of stone crushing plant:
Processed material: limestone, shale, basalt, cobble, bluestone, multiple ores, etc.
The GFP series new type high-effectency deep cavity jaw crusher adopts the Meshes Angle design theory, completed the cavity optimization design. We optimize the crusher type through the finite-element analysis, then reinforce the vulnerable spots. The type of cavity is deep hyperboloid cavity, and the structure design adopts the minus surpport, none suspension, small eccentricity and deep cavity type, which design match with the type of deep cavity. The GFP series deep cavity crusher obtains the high production capacity, low abrasion, low energy consumption, high ratio of reduction and other excellent performance.
Performace Characteristic of stone crushing plant:
(1) high ratio of reduction, which can reach to 10-15. The largest feeding granularity can be 400mm, and the discharge granularity can be 20mm. So this type crusher have the double crushing function of primary crusher and the fine crusher.
(2) high production capacity, low energy consumption. Compared with the common jaw crusher, production capacity can improve by 30-65% and energy consumption can reduce by 30%
(3) the final products’granularity is smaller, by the same working situation, compared with the common fine crusher, such as PEX150*700, the discharge granularity can reduce by 40-50%, P80 can reach to less than 10mm.
(4) little abrasion, by the same working situation, the jaw plate’using life can be 3-5 times as long as other common crusher’s. Specially, crushing the high abrasiveness
(5) extensive use, applied to crush quartzite, magnetite, basalt, slag and other hard materials, and achieved good effect.
Working Principle of stone crushing plant:
GFP series deep cavity jaw crushers adopt survilinear motion extruding. The motor drives the belt and pulley, then the eccentric shaft make the swing jaw plate up-and-down move. When the swing jaw plate raises, the included angle between elbow board and swing jaw plate should get larger, accordingly swing jaw plate is getting near to the fixed jaw plate. At the same time, the materials are extruded, twisted, and grinded. When the swing jaw plate gets down, the included angle between the elbow board and swing jaw plate should get smaller, accordingly the swing jaw plate leave the fixed jaw plate by the effect of draw bar and spring. At the same time, the crushed materials are discharged. With the continuous run of the moter, the jaw crusher operates and discharges peridically, thus realizing the batch production.
