Ammonia cracker is according to ammonia cracking reaction of the chemical reaction of the basic principle of elaborate design combination device.
2.Application of ammonia decomposition furnace
Ammonia cracker gas has more and more be used because of easy to be get and lowest cost , it mainly be used for as below:
1.1. Metal material bright heat treatment , such as , stainless steel belt, silicon steel sheet , precision alloy, brass band and ordinary strip bright heat treatment , etc.
1.2. Metal reduction : tungsten molybdenum reduction , iron power reduction of reducing atmosphere;
1.3. The reduction of power metallurgy sintering and so on .
1.4. The mechanical part’s bright ,quenching,especially suitable for high speed steel , bearing steel , etc.
3.Woking principle of ammonia decomposition furnace
Ammonia gas decomposition chemical reaction formula:
2NH3—3H2+N2—22080
Ammonia cracker of chemical reaction that under normal conditions, 1000 Moore ammonia gas complete decomposition can produce hydrogen nitrogen mixturegas 44.8 Nm3, and absorption heat 11040 Kcol, namely 1 kg liquid ammonia complete decomposition can produce 2.64 m3 hydrogen nitrogen mixturegas, according to the chemical reaction formula, ammonia decomposition gas from 75% H2 and 25%N2. To make ammonia get fully decomposition, must meet the following conditions:
1, timely and sufficient supply a great deal of heat.
2, good catalyst.
3, liquid ammonia for the purity of more than 99.8% (national standard level industrial ammonia).
