3.Woking principle of ammonia decomposition furnace

Ammonia gas decomposition chemical reaction formula:

2NH3—3H2+N2—22080

Ammonia cracker of chemical reaction that under normal conditions, 1000 Moore ammonia gas complete decomposition can produce hydrogen nitrogen mixturegas 44.8 Nm3, and absorption heat 11040 Kcol, namely 1 kg liquid ammonia complete decomposition can produce 2.64 m3 hydrogen nitrogen mixturegas, according to the chemical reaction formula, ammonia decomposition gas from 75% H2 and 25%N2. To make ammonia get fully decomposition, must meet the following conditions:

1, timely and sufficient supply a great deal of heat.

2, good catalyst.

3, liquid ammonia for the purity of more than 99.8% (national standard level industrial ammonia).
