Application of Ammonia decompostion furnace:
1.Mainly used in steel and non-ferrous metals of bright annealing and tempering
2. Metal powder restore sintering and brazing protection,
3. Also can be used as other metal heat treatmentelectronics, chemical industry, ceramic production process of protective gas.
Ammonia decompostion furnace Technology:
The ammonia decomposition furnace is composed of liquid ammonia as raw materials, through catalytic pyrolysis to get 75% hydrogen and 25%nitrogen mixture gas. The chemical equation as below :
Characteristics of Ammonia decompostion furnace:
1, This series of ammonia cracker has simple structure, convenient operation, less investment, high efficiency, etc.
2, Gas circuit with good sealing, without ammonia smell when production , will not affect the operating environment.
3, high purity of decomposition gases can be used to the demand is higher condition, the additional purification device can obtain more satisfactory protective gas.
4, The catalyst activity is higher, decomposition effect is good, the life of not less than two yearsunder normal working condition.
