Main Features of RM Series Rotation Type Coal Burner
1. Adoption of a new structure-combustor revolving working method, to solve traditional problems as blemish.
2. Automatic air door system marks sure the reasonable ratio of air and coal, makes sure the optimal combustion efficiency and excess air coefficient.
3. Ensure supply 200 mesh of coal powder and use multiple duct air supplying mode, which makes the coal powder and air fully contact, then makes the burning more fully and completely. And fixed carbon content in ash is about 0.1%.
4. Multiple duct air supplying and big furnace chamber design, highest temperature is 1600-1800°C, almost no NOx exist.
5. Equipped with high-performance heat resistant brick, prolonging the working life to 1500-2000 working hours.
6. Both air and coal’s supply are adjustable, so temperature and flame’s length can be adjusted in a wide range to meet different actual demand.
