Product Application
TH series Bucket Elevator is design and manufacture according to the national standard, with the round link chain as the drag chain. There are two type of buckets: ZH type,(middle-deep bucket), generally suit for conveying those wet, easy to agglomerate, hard to thrown out materials, such as wet sand, foundry sand, fertilizer, alkali powder, etc. SH type (deep bucket) generally suit for conveying those dry, loose and easy to throw materials, such as cement, gravel, coal etc.
TH series bucket elevator, the max capacity is 365 m/h, the max. lifting height is 50 m.

Head section & Tail section
Upper section(head section) is made of drive sprocket, top case, in half cover and drive plate. Drive sprocket running make the chain buckets move from bottom to top, then lift the material.
Lower section (Tail section) is made of take-up sprocket group, bottom case, heavy hammer tension device, inlet, skirt plate and inspection door. Take-up device with the aid of a heavy hammer and the self weight of take-up sprocket group. Make the chain’s tension constant. When the chain wear elongation, can automatic adjustment the wheel base.Inspection door is convenient for take apart the buckets and chains.Lower door is used for cleaning the material.
