Product Description

Application of Our Banbury Mixer

 It's suitable for plastic and rubber mixing. The mixing chamber adopts special left-middle-right structure which makes maintenance easy.

 

Advantages of Banbury mixer:

1. Intermeshing or tangential rotor; 

2. Rotors, mixing chamber, harmmer and parts which contacts with the material are overlayed with 5mm wear-resistant alloy            (up to 50HRC); 

3. Pneumatic / hydraulic type top mounted hammer;

Specifications

1.The rolls of this machine is elliptical type rotor. The working surfaces of the rotor is made of welded wearable hard alloy. The working surface of the mixing chamber and the pressing ram device are experienced the treatment of hard chrome plating,which is corrosion-proof and has long service life.

 

2.The transmission device adopts NGW hard tooth flank planet reducer, which has compact structure, low noise and high efficiency.

 

3.The pressing ram device can add pressure to the materials through air cylinder or oil cylinder, to make the materials mix evently, upgrading the production efficiently and matching with the electrical control.The pressing ram device can fulfill automatic pressurization, decompression and floating.

 

4.The electric control system can be handled manually and automatically and the operation is reliable and the change is convenient. We adopt ordinary apparatus and PLC programming control. The client can choose according to his own requirements.

 

5.The machine adopts rear feeding and hydraulic tilting device for discharging. So the operation is steady and reliable. It is very convenient to clean the materials and change the colors.

 

6.Used in the plastic ting ,mixing and final refining of rubber and plastic material.
