XINTIAN-series fiber laser marking machine is a new generation laser marking system made with newest laser technique in the world , It design with fiber laser maker as laser source, and thru high-speed vibration-mirror scan system to actualize marking function, the fiber laser making machine have high conversion efficiency of electric-light, It use air-cooling systems,the size of whole machine is compactness,the laser beam quality is excellent. this machine is widely applied to marking metal and some metalloid materials,mainly used to the field which request high quality to deepness, smoothness and precision, such as horologe,communication products images marking etc.

11.The software controlling system has the interface of Windows and comprises files output by software such as CORELDRAW, AUTOCAD, PHOTOSHOP, etc. It can support graphic file formats such as PLT, DXF, PCX or BMP etc. And use fonts such as SHX, TTF directly. It also can mark automatic code, sequence number, batch number, date, bar code and two-dimensional code. The software can mark the figures on the opposite side.

(1) Multi-position Marking Solution:

Normally, laser marking machine will adjust the focal distance according to the material thickness. Golden Laser marking series machines not only adopt up & down working table and Galvo head to adjust the focus, but also use 3D marking technology to realize marking on uneven material in one step.
Besides, many work pieces need laser working area, which is a problem for most laser manufacturers. The appearance of Golden Laser 3D dynamic system and cross slide table solves the problem.
The application of cross slide table makes the one working zone to multi zones by moving the table. It realizes the large format splicing and high precision marking,
(2) 3D Dynamic Large-scale marking on different height object:
During marking, we usually need to make continuous and precise laser marking. If use splicing method, it is really hard to ensure the marking precision. The appearance of Golden Laser 3D dynamic marking technology completely breaks this limitation. This technology not only do large format marking, but also do marking on materials with different thickness in one time, no need repeat positioning, saving a lot of time.
