Usage of Pneumatic Conveyor
Pneumatic Conveyor is mainly used in warehouses, food processing plants, small tonnage dock for unloading bulk granular absorbing materials, such as wheat, rice, corn, rapeseed, soybean, cottonseed, fodder, etc., can also be used to promote the granule-like fertilizers, plastics cement and other handling, especially out of the warehouse transshipment operations applicable to storage of materials.
Introduction of the mobile grain pneumatic conveyor
1, QL series mobile grain pneumatic conveyor is composed of
the high pressure blower, air flow control valve, separator tube, air locker, connecting pipe, suction nozzle and conveying pipelines and other components.
2, QLseries mobile grain pneumatic conveyor’s working principle is
negative pressure air stream generated by the high pressure blower though the suction nozzle,suctioning the materials into the hose tube, then materials through the separation tube, air and material separated, material fell off into the air locker downward, then materials will be conveyed to the required place by positive pressure air flow.
3, QLseries mobile grain pneumatic conveyor ’s characteristic
MANDA grain vacuum conveyor can work in 3 situations:
The first type of mobile grain pneumatic conveyor usually use air stream carrying materials through the pipe into the machine then send them to the warehouse trucks and other transportation terminal via a separator.
The second type of mobile grain pneumatic conveyor suck the materials in then let them fall free via the separator and air-lock device to heap or unload into the bag or other conveying equipment.
The third type of mobile grain pneumatic conveyor usually uses a hopper to store the materials need to be conveyed, then convey the materials to the terminal silo or other place.
