1. Simple discription of QTJ4-40
A. QTJ4-40 is designed with reasonable structure and advanced technology and is with the way of four vertical orientation, the push-pull upper mould, automatic scraper, and reducer machine to upgrade the mould.
B. QTJ4-40 is convenient and flexible to operate, and its performance is comparable with large-scale equipment.
Energy saving, more efficient, the production process is simple, the building blocks can be naturally cured, it is energy conservation.
C. Double-control function of height and density, great excellence such as high vibration force, easy operation, convenient maintenance, reliable running, economy and utility, low investment and quick effect etc.
D. The main machine is operated by one person,and other processes will be completed automatically by
electronics.Because the pressure of vibration is high,the materials needs less water.So the machine still can work under low temperature.
Raw material Crushed stone, sand, cement, dust and coal fly ash, cinder, slag, gangue, gravel, perlite,
and other industrial wastes.

2. Advantages of QTJ4-40
A. The steel is national standard No.45 steel, the best in our country.
B. The welding is the best welding technology, anti-wear, aseismatic, anti Moist.
C. The mould is high temperature carburizing heat treatment through 900 Degrees Celsius.
D. Guide column: four guide column, use overlong guide design, the surface is chrome-plated, have good anti-wear and high anti-distortion, long service life.
E. Multi-function: exchanged moulds can produce solid bricks, hollow blocks and porous block can make all kinds of blocks.
F. Under the vibration platform there are two Super motors to drive the vibration box to vibrate and the up mould also has one motors to vibrate, so the forming way is vibration, so the blocks are of higher strength and compactness of uniform.
