MDC explosion-proof bag filter: adopting static-free filter material, this machine has explosion-proof structure and pressure relief device. With less mechanical parts, it has small maintenance workload and easy to exchange bags. Adopting pulse points room dust cleaning, it can keep long and high efficient operation with high dust collecting efficiency which can reach 99.8%. Besides explosion-proof performance, it absorbs the advantages and performance of PDC regular filter and can be used in cement, electric power, metallurgy, chemicals,etc.

MDC explosion-proof bag filter - application: coal mill, braize, carbon black, inflammable and explosive dust.

 

PDC regular bag filter - application: cement, raw material, mining crushing, dust collecting in material lifting and conveying process.
