Introduction:

Series SHB block proof bar drum rotary sand is a new screening equipment developed by our company based on the advantages of similar products both at home and abroad. This product has been awarded national patent of China, and the patent number is ZL 2004 2 0097623.7. With a high screen transmittance, it is particularly suitable for the screening of wet and sticky materials. The screen pores can never be blocked, and this product is widely used for the screening and grading of coal, sand, gravel and other materials in electric power, mining, metallurgy, building materials, chemical and other industries.  

Structure:

Series SHB block proof bar drum rotary screen is made up of rotary drum device, sealing cover, feed opening, discharge opening, support, motor, motor reducer, etc. The rotary drum device is installed on the support at an angle. 

Working principle:

The rotary drum device is connected with the motor by shaft coupling through motor reducer, and is driven by the motor to rotate around the axis shaft line. When the materials flow into the rotary drum device, as a result of the inclination and rotation of the rotary drum device, the materials on the screen surface will rotate and roll, finally the qualified materials (undersize materials) will be discharged through the screen mesh which is installed around the excircle of the rotary drum, and the unqualified materials (oversize materials) will be discharged from the end of the rotary drum. The materials rotate and roll in the rotary drum, so the materials stuck in screen pores can be ejected out to prevent the screen pores from being blocked. 

Features:

1. The rotary drum device is sealed through the sealing cover to ensure that no dust will go out when the machine operates so as to prevent the dust pollution. The user can open the sealing cover to replace the screen bars, and it is easy and convenient to operate.

2. The screen bars are made of spring steel wire 60Si₂Mn or flat steel 16MnR, and the screen pores are evenly distributed. The screen bars have a high degree of hardness and long service life, and they are wear resistant.

3. The machine is complete with sweeping device to efficiently clean the materials stuck in the screen pores to keep the screen surface clear.
