Nearly 80% of the vessels were mounted with Rotary vane type marine steering gear around the world, mainly because of the extremely compact design, pretty good performance of maneuverability, larger rudder movement angle and the ease of assemble and maintenance.

Various kinds of Rotary vane marine steering gears and other spare parts have been delivered all over the word for years by Perpetual, which supplies all marine products with top quality and competitive price.

The rotary vane marine steering gear we supplied with the working torque from 80KN.M to 2500KN.M, and with all brand new certifications approved, such as: ABS,DNV,BV,LR,GL,RS,CCS, NKand others.

 

The rotary vane marine steering gear series consists of one set of rotary vane type of rudder mechanism, two sets of motor units of oil pump, one reserve oil tank. It has features of firm structure, minimum space occupation, easy installation, which maximum rudder turning angle is ±65°.

 

Its control modes, including electronic, pump control, can be used together with any form of autopilot and follow-up pilot.
