Working principle:
SYB series of Frequency conversion sifter is driven by two asymmetric arrangements of different frequency vibration motors. Material is gradually transited from large amplitude low frequency material feed opening to small amplitude high frequency discharge hole, fully displays the advantage of straight imbalance vibration. Compare with general vibration screen, this frequency conversion enjoys outstanding features: small quality of invalid vibration, saving power and high frequency sifting; excitation force, amplitude and vibration frequency of the special frequency conversion governor matched with the complete machine can be adjusted to meet with different condition demands; sieve surface with large dip angle is suitable for frequency gradient and not easily plugging holes.
Product overview:
SYB series of Frequency conversion sifter is an ideal new-type high efficient screening equipment. The running trajectory of this series of sieve machine is nonlinear controlled curve. This machine is mainly used of dry grading of fine materials, such as chemical, light industry, food industry, building materials. This machine is a nonlinear new-type high efficiency heavy sieve running with variable speed. This equipment has characteristics like high screening efficiency and great capacity of production for high accuracy requirements of fine screening. Variable speed running eliminate the phenomenon of sieve hole jam, the automatic tensioning device ensure unblocked screen hole and improve the sieving efficiency.
