Description
SYC series ultrasonic vibrating sieve suitable to sieve power, which is light density, low humidity, easy adhesion or a static of the powder and super fine powder, and improve the sieving efficiency. It is widely used in carbonic silicon, alloy powder, tungsten powder, aluminum powder, rubbing powder etc. It can completely solve the difficult technology problems that other screening machines cannot solve.
The vibrating sieve applies an ultrasonic vibration directly to the screening mesh. The vibrating sieve action injects a secondary high frequency, low amplitude vibration to improve screener performance.
The ultrasonic vibrating sieve is a highly efficient Control Unit in either 110 or 220 volts. Touch panel controls enable many of the settings to be easily adjusted by the operator — allowing for optimal performance. The ultrasonic vibrating sieve action greatly increases mesh life, since there is no harsh abrasive action to impair tension and cause wear.

This high quality of engineering also allows us to offer this Modal with an operating speed of 1800 rpm instead of the norm of 1200 rpm for regions operating with 60 cycle power supplies.
